How these were measured

I took over AHA Smart Homes’ website, search programme and marketing data on 17 August 2026. This page shows what moved since then, as percentages against the four weeks before. Search numbers come live from the Search Console API. Everything else comes from the audits and Lighthouse runs I logged as I went. Revenue, budgets, lead counts and anything that identifies clients or colleagues stay private.

Search figures

Pulled from the Search Console API (final data, Monday-to-Sunday weeks). The baseline is the 4 weeks before 17 August; “now” is the latest 4 complete weeks. A query counts as brand if it contains “aha”, the same rule as AHA’s own scorecard. Non-brand clicks = all clicks minus brand clicks.

Everything else

Speed comes from Lighthouse lab runs before and after each fix (slow 4G, 4× CPU). Site-quality counts come from build audits. AI-search figures come from a fixed panel of 12 buyer prompts run on 2 AI engines. Data-quality figures come from the warehouse audit, which re-checks every number by a second route.

What isn’t here

Revenue, ad spend, lead volumes and anything that identifies a client or a colleague. Paid-search costs rose over the same period, and website leads stayed roughly flat. Turning this traffic into leads is the work I’m on now.
