The company website, rebuilt for search.

I took over AHA’s website in August and rebuilt it for search, content and honest tracking.

How it helped AHA

  • Found by new buyersNon-brand searches now bring 73% of Google clicks, up from 38%. Most visitors arrive without knowing AHA’s name.
  • A counted lead is a saved leadAll seven forms count a lead only once Zoho confirms the save. Before, a failed send still said “thank you” and counted as a Google Ads conversion.
  • A blog that brings buyersThe Journal, 43 of its 48 articles mine, now brings 57% of non-brand clicks, up from 2%.

The problem

  • Brand searches hid whether new buyers were finding the site.
  • Crawlers saw a thinner site: 19 pages shared one title, and FAQs and forms lived in JavaScript.
  • Returning phones ran year-old scripts, and hero images took 5.4 s.
  • Failed leads still showed “thank you” and counted as conversions.

What I did

  • Measured first: a brand vs non-brand scorecard on the Search Console API. Why it matters →
  • Fixed the foundations: a 38-item audit in week one, from duplicate titles to crawlable FAQs and forms. Read → · The sitemap story →
  • Built a content system: a blog hub that grows its own topic pages. I wrote 43 of its 48 articles. How → · Read them →
  • Local pages: the Mumbai page rebuilt in September; both experience-centre pages rebuilt as local landing pages, going live now. Read →
  • Fixed speed at the source: server response time first, then the hero, then every page on many devices. Read → · The hero story →
  • Made tracking honest: every form confirms the save, and each lead records its page and campaign. Read → · Lead sources →
  • AI search and Bing: a citation panel, llms.txt, entity schema and IndexNow. Read →
  • Google Business Profile: a post bank and a fixed cadence for both centres. Read →
  • Product pages: led by specifications, with lighter catalogues behind the lead form. Read →
  • Apple Home pages: written within Apple’s trademark rules. Read →
