How it helped AHA
- Proof on the mapStaff and visitors can find any building where AHA has homes, with its plans one press away.
- Billboards near the leadsSites are ranked by the leads within 2 km, and areas no billboard reaches are flagged, so marketing can choose on evidence.
- Safe in front of visitorsShowroom view hides every amount; Team view adds the pipeline and the CRM calendar, and switches off after 10 idle minutes.
The problem
- Building names in the CRM were messy, and some pins sat in the middle of India.
- The billboard inventory described every site in words, not on a map.
- A TV remote has no pointer, and visitors must never see money.
What I did
- Trustworthy pins: reviewed name merges, and four checks before any pin is accepted.
- A free map for the remote: a pointer that speeds up when held and settles onto buildings. Read →
- Building pages: electrical plans pre-rendered for the TV and redrawn from the PDF when zoomed, so drawings stay sharp.
- Billboards against leads: 93 sites geocoded and ranked by the leads within 2 km. Read →
- Two views: Showroom hides every amount; Team adds the pipeline and the CRM calendar.
Forked from the growth-intelligence platform in July. The showroom story around it became the showroom TV app.
Results
One map for every screen, with 28 of the 93 billboard sites flagged as approximate rather than guessed.
